BANYAN CAPITAL PARTNERS ACQUIRES PURITY LIFE HEALTH PRODUCTS FROM SUNOPTATORONTO, June 5, 2012 - Banyan Capital Partners (Banyan) announced today the purchase of Purity Life Health Products (Purity Life or the Company) from SunOpta Inc. Purity Life President and CEO, Matthew James, has invested alongside Banyan and will continue to run the Company.
Purity Life distributes a wide range of natural health products including dietary supplements, vitamins, natural body care and earth friendly household goods throughout Canada, and also manufactures a number of natural health care products. Purity is the largest stand-alone distributor of these products in Canada.
